  • Where is Bay Breeze located?
    Our holiday accommodation is located in Glenelg, South Australia.
  • How many people can your retreat sleep?
    The accommodation consists of two bedrooms and two queen beds and can sleep four people maximum.
  • How do I book?
    You can book through our Airbnb. The link is located in our bookings page on our website
  • Is there heating and cooling?
    Yes, we have fans in each of the bedrooms and a split system in the main living area.
  • Are toiletries included in my stay?
    We supply toilet paper, hand wash/bodywash/shampoo/conditioner, along with hairdryer. A washing machine/dryer combination is also available, including laundry detergent. An Iron and ironing board is offered plus pull-out wall mounted clothes airer.
  • Is there cooking facilities in the apartment?
    Absolutely, we have a full kitchen offering a stove, microwave and coffee machine. As an added bonus a welcome gift supplied of a bottle of South Australian red wine plus chocolates. We also supply First morning's breakfast- Feast on fresh bread, 6x eggs, bacon, tomatoes, milk, array of cereals and condiments. Numerous tea options supplied, hot chocolate and Nespresso pod machine with an array of pod choices.
  • Are towels and Linen provided?
    Yes. All linen is provided for your stay including bedroom linen and bathroom and beach towels.
  • Is there a cleaning fee?
    A cleaning fee will be charged through Airbnb when you make your booking.
  • Is the apartment noisy?
    Please note the building is a residential building and as such all neighbour's peace and quiet enjoyment must be respected. No parties will be permitted. Please also be mindful whilst walking through common areas.
  • How do I contact the host if there is an issue?
    You can contact us through Airbnb messages, as we are available to assist you at any time of your stay with us. We endeavor to get back to guests as quickly as possible.
  • Does the house have Wi-Fi?
    Yes, we offer Wi-Fi to all guests and the password will be provided upon check in.
  • What is check in and check out time?
    Check in from 3pm and check out is 12pm
  • Is it easy to access the accommodation being in an apartment complex?
    Access to the apartment is located through a laneway off St John's Row (to the right-hand side of the apartments - named Melrose Apartments. Go through the small black pedestrian gate where you will approach the sliding doors. There is lockbox where keys can be retrieved. There is a carpark available for guest use at the rear of the building which is accessed from St. John's Row. it is space number 66. Please ONLY park in this space. The remote control is located on the entry table next to the lamp. The lockbox code will be given on the day of arrival via Airbnb.
  • Is there parking available?
    Yes, guests have access to one carpark located in the gated complex carpark. There is street parking available, however, it is a busy residential area, and these are either permits or time allocated.
  • How does the house need to be left at checkout?
    We would appreciate if all guests could tidy up the house on exit including clearing out the fridge, unpacking the dishwasher and putting all rubbish in the bin. Please make sure all personal items have been collected before checking out. There is no need to clean the apartment as your stay includes a cleaning fee.
